What’s the gap worth?

Let’s find out. Bring me your numbers, and I’ll quantify what another month of the gap is costing you on the call.

No pitch. If it isn’t a fit, we will know.

Common questions
How long does an engagement run?

The Fixed Scope Sprint runs about 90 days with a defined handover. Interim or fractional coverage is scoped separately and case by case, ask me directly if that is what you need.

What happens in the first month of a Sprint?

Three phases. Days 1 to 5 are access and an honest read: CRM, past outbound attempts, product docs, and one internal contact. You get my assessment of what is actually broken before I build anything. Days 6 to 20 the build goes live: ICP, message, the sequences, the qualification bar. Outbound goes out under your name once it is ready, not before. Days 21 to 30 bring the first real signal: first meetings, first qualified pipeline, and a clear read on which parts of the motion hold. Fractional and Interim start differently, since there is usually a live pipeline to pick up on day one.

Can an engagement change shape after it starts?

Sometimes. A Sprint that proves out the system can turn into ongoing coverage once it’s running. I’ll flag it if that makes sense, but nothing changes without agreeing on it first.

What do you need from us to get started?

Access to whatever you already have: CRM, past outbound attempts, product docs, and one internal contact who can make introductions. I build the rest.

Can you work under our own contract or NDA?

Yes. I’ll sign your paper if your procurement process requires it, or use mine if that’s simpler for you.

How does billing work?

Most Fixed Scope Sprints run $5K to $8K, priced by account complexity rather than channel count. Enterprise accounts or complex buying committees are scoped and quoted individually above that. Invoiced monthly across the ninety days, due Net 15, with approved expenses billed at cost. No performance-based fee by default.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Remote by default. I’m based in Dallas-Fort Worth and can meet in person if that’s useful to the engagement, but it’s not required.

What if it turns out we’re not a fit?

Then we’ll both know quickly, and that’s a fine outcome. The fifteen-minute call exists to find that out before either of us commits more time than that.
