Ethos

Systematizing trust.

Trust is engineered, earned and tracked, not charmed into existence.

Where this came from.

Several years inside enterprise tech companies taught me the pattern. They liked the idea of net new business but had no disciplined plan for winning it. I never met anyone who understood what cold calling actually takes.

Three times I started over on a new greenfield team after a reorg re-rostered the accounts, and three fiscal quarters of maturing deals went with it. None of them budgeted the runway that net new business requires. That is not a people problem. It is arithmetic done far from the frontline.

The work I do now is built to solve those execution problems.

Reliable, not predictable.

Predictable revenue is a volume game, and complex, multi-stakeholder deals don’t give you reps. What I build instead is an engine that never stops, and a forecast I can put in writing.

I disqualify fast, re-qualify everything I inherit, and commit only to what’s been earned, not hoped for. That’s how I put specific targets in writing and hit them.

The buyer’s ideal outcome drives everything, even if that means no deal.

If you want truth over theater and execution over promises, let’s chat.
